Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MerrySquish calendar. If you are not, we will refund you.

30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price in full. You do not need to send the box back and you do not need to have kept every squishy.

How to request a refund. Email hello@merrysquish.com with your order number and a sentence about what was wrong. We will confirm within one business day and the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incomplete boxes. If your calendar arrives damaged, or a cell is empty, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. There is no charge either way.

Assortment. The characters vary from box to box. Two calendars will not be identical, and a box whose assortment differs from the photographs is not a defect. If you are unhappy with what arrived, the 30-day guarantee still covers you.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email us as soon as you can and we will stop it if it has not gone out yet.
