Products. We sell countdown calendars containing small soft toys. Contents are assorted and vary from box to box. Product photographs show a representative assortment, not the exact contents of the box you receive.

Age guidance. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Not suitable for children under three: the toys are small enough to be a choking hazard. Adult supervision is advised for younger children.

Materials. The toys are made from soft, non-toxic TPR. Some have a slightly tacky surface, which is normal for this material.

Pricing. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

Accuracy. We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every description or price is free of error.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerrySquish is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
