Shipping policy

Processing. Orders ship within 24 hours.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your box leaves. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch. If yours has not updated, give it a little longer, and if it still looks wrong email hello@merrysquish.com and we will chase it for you.

Shipping rates. Standard shipping is $4.95. Shipping is free on orders of two calendars or more.

Address changes. We can change a delivery address before dispatch. After that it is with the carrier and we can only ask them.

Lost parcels. If tracking stops moving for more than 10 days, email us. We will open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you.
